Hey bros, I was putting a cycle together when I broke my leg. When do you think I should start now? After the bone its healed, after physical therapy for the ankle ligaments, after I've rebuilt to the strength I was at before the injury?
Is there any benefit to using while healing like increased bone growth? I'm pissed that I'm losing some good gains while I've been sitting on my ass. I'm anxious to get going again I was really looking forward to this cycle.
By the way I'm 31 years old, 5'10", 280lbs, 12% bf. Was working a 4 day split. And the planned cycle was a 1-10 test cyp @ 500mgs wk, with a 1-4 d-bol kicker @ 25-50mgs wk.
