for surgery that is. Man it is going to be rough going to such a fun place and being all laid up. At least I'm finally getting cut on, I've dropped 20 lbs not hitting the weights and can't wait to get recovered and back on.

thanks, I have a bone chip in my knee and thus had an MRI done. The MRI showed I have a thing called Synovial (Osteo)chondromatosis. It should be a pretty easy scope I hope and back on the weights before new year. Being injured really sucks.

Ouch.

Yeah man. I got so fucking fat while I was out. It sucks...but now I appreciate working out more than I did before. So it's good & bad. I'm sure by the new yr you'll get in there & tear up some weights.
