Headaches!

I started Russians about a week ago and for the last 4-5 days i've been getting headaches that last @ an hour then goes away for a while then it comes back...How long does this usually last?
Anyone know of anyway to minimize this? I refuse to take tylenol or anything like that though.

may as well take something man, take aleve....the most benign of the pain relievers. high BP from the russians may be the culprit, whatever it is, i would want relief personally.

I guess I may have to, but they aren't really bad. It's just enough that it pisses me off. Guess I will wait a few more days and hopefully they will subside, if not I'll try aleve.

yeah, those little headaches that you barely feel and come and go suck....gotta do something though or it'll drive you nuts. i get them a lot recently. not sure from what though. probably the ativan or klonipin i guess. no orals right now. i just pop aleve and it helps.
