Sorry it took so long to reply, but yes I cycled my clen two weeks on twoo weeks off. While I was on clen I broke up my dosage over the day: like one pill per 90 minutes. While I was off, I did take ECA but only immediatly preceeding my workouts. I dieted and did tons of cardio and I got more ripped than I ever could without it. The clen does seem to have some muscle sparing effects that ECA lacks, but those decrease after that first two weeks so you need the break. You definately will not spare all your muscle, especially if you use it as your coming off a cycle when your test is low and your body is a little more catabolic than usual. It works well enough on it's own but if you really want to spare muscle take a little test propionate (50mg eod or less) or the same amount of primobolan. You'll retain no water and you'll spare the majority of your hard muscle, although not all of it: your strength will probable drop some but you'll actually look better. If your not using juice at all then don't think you have to have it for the clen to work, it works just fine on it's own.
