headache what to take?

I have read that nsaids like advil and acetaminophen stop anabolism and are hard on the liver.
My head is pounding, what should i take?

Use advil or acetaminophen or aspirin. Using them a few times will not have any significant effect on anabolism or your liver.

You only run into problems when you're using them very often. If you have a headache every now and then, just take what works for you.

I would use acetaminophen cuz of all the benefits it has according to lots of studies. In fact I didnt know it could be harsch on the liver as many people use it ed to prevent cancer and other beneficial action.
