37.6 degrees. 1/10 of a degree off and it will degrade in just a few hours.
Jk, just refridgerate it and it will be fine for at least 30 days.

FRLOL!!!!! Nice one Bro! Just keep in mind that, as a dry powder, it would last many many months and even dried, I still prefer to keep it refrigerated. Just rather safe than sorry
