Should be, It appears to be clumped together very tightly in the bottom, it will dissolve instantly when u add water, hopefuly bacteriostatic water. I just mixed mine today and it appeared exactly as u described before mixing. Now just mix and enjoy.

IM with gear when also shotting test that day, no need to get poked twice, can be injected sub-Q with slin pin as well

i know some do mix, but i dont and would not mix oil base and water base.
i have never used hcg b4, so maybe its different, anyone with more knowledge i am willing to listen.

Yea mixing water based and oil based is a no no, just go sub-q with a slin pin, then it's no biggie at all.
