how do you take the HCG? do you need to mix the hcg we bacteriostatic water? How much bacteriostatic water for a vial of 10,000 hcg?

10 mls of bac water for 10000 iu;s, that will make 1000iu/ml concentrations... put into separate vial. can be store in refrigerator for up to 30 days.
to start inject 1 ml of bac water into the amp of pregyl, that will dissolve completely, then draw it back in and inject into the vial.. do this with the other amp and then add 8 more mls of bac water.. done, easy

if u used 5 mls of bac water than then each 1000 iu;'s of pregnyl would be 1/2 a cc instead of 1 cc. you can do either or, which ever you prefer

is it injected im or subq, and what size pin?

Depends on where you are going to inject. Insulin pin if subq, if you go IM I use a 1 1/2 25 guage.
