I am following DrJMW's routine....1000 ius Mon/wed/Fri for three weeks along with 20 mg nolva/50 mg clomid for three weeks and then the nolva and clomid by themselves for weeks 4-6....so far so good...nuts are making a comeback.

Hhhmmm... I was always told you don't take clomid and hcg together, just the nolva.

I'm doing the 500iu e3d for 3 weeks...I've taken my 3rd shot and nut sack is hanging lower.....

I have tried PCT on my own and then I have tried PCT according to drjmw's and jenetic's instructions. Needless to say, I had little success and lost too much gain with the theories that I followed. Taking their advice, I kept most of my mass and strength gains.... plus my libido returns much quicker and the depression is lessened. I love HCG but would never use it without Clomid/Nolva in PCT...mid cycle a different story. I like to keep the boys "pumped" during a cycle so I use HCG solo about 1/2 way in.

HCG and clomid are no problem, as long as you continue the clomid by itself for 2-3 weeks beyond the HCG. You may be confusing HCG with HGH.

500 ius mon wed and fridays. I usually take it to avoid the problem in the middle of my cycle, one time I let them shrink and I had a very hard time getting my boys back. Now I don't wait for the problem to happen I just take it in the middle of my cycle just to prevent. IMO

I like HCG midcycle.. 500iu's for 10 to 14 days. Clomid after the esters clear...
