I've been told that it's not necessary to take HCG as a pct after a Deca/Test/dbol cycle. That HCG is mainly used after a cycle that incorporates Tren. And that simply Nolvadex will do the trick. Is that true?

No. HCG should be used throughout your cycle to prevent testicle atrophy. This will make your recovery much easier. I would use nolvadex and clomid during PCT.
