HCG while on

I read the pct sticky and am about to take hcg for the first time. The sticky said to take 500 and 1000 iu two weeks during the cycle. Is that the last two weeks to get the testes prepared to come back to normal swinging bowling ball status ??? Firstly, how much do I really need and when? Thank you in advance!

I used 500iu's ed for ten days in the middle of my last cycle... it worked well. I have seen other plans where you use (I believe) 500iu's twice a week ew of you cycle. I can't remember who wrote that but it sounds like a good idea. It is probably in the sticky up top.
