HCG- when is it too late?

Background-29 yr old male, athletic frame, no boddyfat, but not as ripped as Id like to be around mid-section. I have worked out regularly for 10 years, but due to a knee injury, I cannot do cardio. I am 5'10", 185 lbs, and am currently on 6th cycle. I dont go big, as I am susceptible to the baldness and 10 lbs of muscle on me looks great anyways. I take propecia. I eat 6 meals a day, and have a good diet.I was looking to put on 15-18lbs of muscle, lean muscle, and have low sides as can be, but be able to put on quality, somewhat lean gains that are easier to keep when off cycle.

Currently I am about 2/3 into a 14 wk cycle
- wk 1-14 EQ, 400mg/wk
- wk 2-15 Test En, 325mg/wk
-wk 16-17 test Propinate, 300mg a wk, E3d (did this to lower time needed to start clomid for PCT)
-wk 1-6 anavar 60mg/ED
-Wk 17.5-20 clomid for 28 days
- Was also going to do remaining liquid anavar, 60mg a day for 3-4 weeks, (wk 15-17)

- I have noticed good solid solid gains, however, the EQ has made me hungry,a nd You dont exactly shred up eating like that. I cant do cardio cause of a knee injury (hate ardio anyway), so any tips there would be helpful.

NOW, to the question at hand. I had gotten some HCG, and yes I have the 411 on how and what to use to re-constitute it, etc, I had planned on using it right at end of cycle before PCT, but then was told , I shoulld start week2, 3, 5 and continue on towards the end, or to jut do a 2 week use at week 5 and another at week 9. I was planning on doing 250ius 2/x a week. But I have been holding of due to the advice and info being so all over the place. I want it to help make recvoery go as smooth and as fulfilling as possible. I dont take nor need any anti-E's during cycle, as I have never been susceptible to gyno. Can anyone please help me out?
 
Wow! Your cycle makes my head hurt ... too many things, to 'all over the show' ... but the question is not relating to your cycle lay-out. HCG can ( preferrably SHOULD) be run from around week 4 at 250iu injected twice a week and be run into PCT with Clomid+Post Cycle Combo and Forma Stanzol.

LOLL im completely lost on how there is no body fat here but you are not as ripped as you want to be? do we see a contradiction here or....????? come on man, list your fucking body fat...

anyway... i always think its best to run hcg or hcgenerate 8 weeks... so if you were going 14 weeks on cycle then start it week 7 through 14... if 16 then run it week 9 through 16 etc... 8 weeks is plenty at 500 iu's a week...
 
I appreciate the advice. My BD % is less than 10%, but the honest answer is I am not sure. I will be honest, I cant run, do cardio like I used to due to a kneee injury, and although I eat responsibly, and alot, I am just not as shredded in the midsection as I would wan to be. I do the minimal amount of ab workouts, but you cant spot train abs. So without really dieting and cardio, its tough to get that shredded midsection without sacrificing the calories I need to build muscle. Theres no "spare tire, and I dont need a six pack, just a slat-tone stomach, which is close to what is there, I am jsut trying to get over that hump. (and I spologize for the scattered brained description....just been a hell of a month).

I appreciate the HCG advice. If you have any advice on using up the remaining oral Var at the end or anything else, I would appreciate it, thank you,
 
p.s....slight BF% error (I was using when last "officially" checked) but it is actually about 16% (not 10%), so without reverting back to my H.S> wrestling diet -which would kill gains, what can I do to lower BF% back to about 10% and still put on lean muscle during my last 4+ weeks of being on cycle? the definition is there, and due to s few -pre-existing injuries, I cannot do cardio, or heavy core-training, all I can do is circuit type training, maybe some light running , and dieting, or using the left over Var I have for 3-4 weeeks at 60mg+/per day.....any Ideas...AND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE HCG ADVICE.

additional note: I have always hated doing abs, although I will do them but they cant be spot trained. I am happy was a minimlally defined stomach/core. I had been bulking and the EQ makes me soo hungry, but as I said, I eat responsibly and for my goals.
