Depends on the amount of anabolics I think, usually 500iu's is good for me though. And I honestly take HCG on a feel basis more than a set schedule like I do my testosterone. 250iu's may be better twice a week, people should play with the doses to find out what works for them. I'm a huge advocate of HCG and if you would only like to use it near the end of a cycle that is better then nothing. Just be sure to measure out your iu's properly and use the lowest dose that it takes to get the desired results. I think the whole theme with HCG is that small doses over time are better then large doses taken in short amounts of time. So even if you're going to just use it at the end of your cycle taking shots of 1500iu's for just the last week are better then nothing but not the best way to have your body bounce back. I'm personally not too high on SERMS at the moment and may not even use them when I come off. HCG, AIFM, igf-1, male plex, and creatine is a recipe for success IMO. By keeping more post you'll be getting bigger the next time you jump on. My friend recently used this protocol with a serm instead of AIFM and actually got some of his best gains post. I like to throw in a little B-12 to keep energy and appetite up as well, but you can be the judge of that when you try it. I guess the only other thing you could add into this regimen is a something to control cortisol so you can continue to go big on squats and such. For these purposes you may wanna just take a PS and a large dose of vitamin C, I usually would take that Post Workout.
