I know to keep it in the fridge after mixing. How long until it's no good?

Come on guys somebody give me a quick answer on this
About 4-5 weeks AFTER mixing. KEEP REFRIGERATED. I date the vial after mixing. Then you can refer back
to it's exp. date. I buy 5000iu vials. I shoot 1000iu's /week so at the end of 5 weeks , I'm out.
