For a test/var cycle (400mg/60mg), test 12 weeks, anavar 6 weeks

1) would 250iu 2x EW be sufficient to keep my balls juicy or would i need 500iu 2x EW?

2) Run it weeks 4-15?

I use 333iu 2x wk, but it's as much a measuring thing as anything else. 250iu 2x wk seems to work for most. Starting at week 4 with long ester test, would continue for 2 weeks after last shot until starting pct.

you can do it like that...or you can hit up 500iu ed for 4 days mid cycle then again at the end

i do the 250 b/c i find i don't get the nipple itch/estrogen spike as w/500+

for what it is worth, my wife's reproductive endo thinks either way is fine as long as don't do much more than 500/week throughout the cycle
