Just mix up one vial of Pregnyl with the solution and draw out 1/5 of the mixed contents...That will give you 1000 IU

Exactly.

Read the directions and you will understand that there is no other dilution needed other than mixing the solution with the Pregnyl vial.

Wouldnt it be a bit difficult and not sterile? is it possible to do it with bacteriostatic water or just sterile water?

forgot to say that my vials are the one time break ones. so it wouldnt be sanitary to keep them arround for a week open aired

Get 5 slin pins and put 2/10 of a ml in each one...Thus each one will contain 1000 IU, then put them in refrigerator
