What do I need and can get j get these at the pharmacy? Or do I need to order online from where I got my test e pins?

I don't think you can buy them without a prescription. You will also need bacteriostatic water and insulin needles and learn how to recompose it (you can look it up on Youtube). These last two items I don't know if you'll be able to buy them at a pharmacy; depends on where you live.
