HCG only - no clomid???

HCG alone will get your test levels back...but gyno is going to be a big problem. Try it with a different anti-E like arm or femara.
I know in the past people used to use HCG as a means of getting test levels back up. I believe more and more people are no longer taking that route. Here is why:
If you take a look at the action of HCG you will see that it introduces LH into your system. Your body reacts to the introduction of LH by producing test. You have to remember you are in a supressed state at this time, due to the previous AS cycle. Your body upon recognizing the introduction of LH continues to suppress its own natural production of LH. So when you withdraw the HCG you are in the same suppressed condition you started in.
Now will you testes expereince and increase in volume as a result of the HCG, yes... Does that mean your test production is back to normal or even on its way to recovery, not necessarily...
I would advise against using HCG post cycle for the above reasons. If you must use it for whatever reason I would never use it without Clomid. Clomid at this point appears to be one of the only proven ways post cycle to assist in the restoration of natural test levels without having a secondary negative impact.. Hopefully this make sense...??

Yea, if clomid has that negative of effect on you. You will be fine if you use the HCG at the beginning of therapy only. Then continue with the lower dose of clomid...
What kind of problems are you having with clomid?? If it is moodiness, depression, etc, Proviron may be an option. Proviron low dose will level you moods, keep you motivation up, sex drive up, etc... For me there is a huge difference between post cycle Clomid therapy with and without Proviron!!!

i would not go near hcg at the end of my cycle. i have read many things that will tell you that hcg will not get your natural test production started again, it just mimiks the effects of the body's natural test production. therefore when you take hcg at the end it just hinders the body from starting it natural test production again.

yep that, and if you take too much by accident it will actually suppress the hpta, take it go on it for 1-2 weeks and then come off 1 week before you start clomid and you'l be good to go, and it may even help you bounce back faster post cycle.
