HCG not beneficial after cycles?

This article is very interesting as it states that the use of HCG following a steroid cycle is not beneficial. What do you guys think of this?

Its beneficial in the sense it reverses atrophy thereby making recovery a bit easier, but as been said hundreds of times, while using it it will inhibit natural recovery. So if you want to use it timing is important.

Depending on your school of thought, either DURING clomid/nolvadex therapy or the week BEFORE.

Since HCG is a glycoprotien that mimics out own LH while it is present our natural LH release will be impared. With that in mind I would personally use it for 2 weeks prior to starting clomid with a couple days inbetween last HCG inj and start of clomid/nolva.

If your on short ester AAS go ahead and take the HCG while on cycle it will still work. If your using something longer, then it will fall into the gap between last inj and when you start clomid.

I guess what I'm really wondering is this: What is the main benefit of taking HCG post cycle. I can obtain it very easily, however, I don't want to waste money on it if it isn't necessary.
