i was told to inject 500iu twice a week. first off how many iu are in 1 cc? and can i take it intramuscular?

actually here is the senario i added 10ml of bact. water to 10,000 usp units of the hcg. keep in mind i have no slin pin, however i was told to take 500 iu twice a week im. if this is not correct let me know. so considering i have a 3 cc syringe and going to take it im what would that look like on the syringe ? i hope that did not get confusing because im starting to confuse myself.

If you added 10ml(cc) to 10,000 iu, then you have 1000 iu per 1 ml. You can take HCG IM or subcutaneous. So if you are to shoot 500iu at the mixture ratio that you have created, you need 0.5ml or 0.5cc.
