HCG... How to take it?

I have 3 10,000 iu packages. I was wondering once I mix it how long is it good for. I was also wondering how many iu's I need to take post cycle of Fina. I did a 6 week cycle. Thanks guys.

From all I have read, 60 days in the refrigerator is about max. As far as dosage, and assuming this was a Fina only cycle I would go with one shot every third day of 2500iu (for one week). Also run the HCG with Clomid and continue the Clomid after the HCG has been stopped. There is alot of information that HCG will in fact hinder you bodies ability to recover after a cycle, not help as many think. The reason for this is you are introducing basically artificial LH in to your system. The problem of course is your body will recognize the LH and decide it does not need to produce it. Furthering your recovery period. Clomid is a must because of course Clomid works on a very different level, spurring the body to produce its own LH, thereby speeding recovery.
I personally use HCG but only the first week following the AS used clearance time. I also start Clomid at this time and continue the Clomid for three weeks. I have found this works great for me...
