HCG help

Hey, guys i got a ? for those who know a little about HCG. I've never used it before but descided that I was going to get some to run with my first week of clomid at 500iu a day for 7 days. Well I have 5000iu in one amp and really have no idea how to use this stuff. I know you mix it but then how long is it good for. Also how do I measure out iu's compared to cc's. Also I guess they only way to take it is intrumusculary witch really sucks because I have to do a shot a day for a week.
Sorry to sound like a newbie this is just something i have little experience with so thanks for the help.

I would do it at 500iu's a day for 10 days...I would just mix it up go get 10 insulin pins from the drug store and then store in the fridge
