Hcg help?

Can somebody give me a full rundown on how to use hcg as a pct? I've got a bottle of 10,000IUs and i'm about to order the bac water but what size syringes do i need? I have literally slim to no body fat, i'm coming off tren E & test E, and also how often would i need to pin it?
