HCG during Test E cycle???

If I run a 12-week cycle of Test E at around 400 mg a week, should I run HCG during the cycle? If so, when during the cycle? I heard that HCG should not be run at the same time as Clomid and/or Nolvadex during PCT to avoid inhibition of the Clomid and/or Nolvadex therapy? However, Nolvadex can be run with HCG during cycle, but not Clomid? Is this true?

Nolvadex is run with HCG because it can help prevent gyno and leydig cell desensitization (both possible side effects of HCG).

However, HCG artificially raises your endogenous testosterone which is just as suppressive to your HPTA as AAS is. Therefore, you need 3 weeks of S.E.R.M. (clomid and/or nolvadex) therapy after the HCG to restore the hypathalamus and pituitary (HCG just restores the testes).
