hcg dose during cycle?

hi iam going to run hcg during my upcoming cycle.this is the 1st time using it during cycle.i remember reading the dosing was 3-500ius.iam doing this to keep my nuts in check.last cycle was 8 months ago and i still did not recover fully,even wiyh proper pct.my question is is this the proper amount and at what intervals should i run it.1 more ? the hcg is 1 amp at 5000iu.after i mix this 1 amp how do i break up the shots.thanks for all help.

It depends on what all you are taking or plan on taking. The most common doses are about 500ius EOD.

so you want to run a second pct. you can run 1000ius of hcg monday wednesday friday for 3 weeks along with 20mg of nolva ed for the three weeks. clomid can be added as well at 100mg first week 50mg second ed of course. or you can run 1000iu's for 10 days straight with nolva for 3 weeks.
