HCG Dilution ?

I have 3 amps of 5000iu totaling 15000iu. I want to do 350iu every other day during an 8 week cycle. I have the bac. water and an empty sterile vial... how much water should I add to make this easy?

1cc per 1k iu. then draw up .35 in a 1cc slin or smaller pin, which should be easy with the smaller pins.
