how long after a deca shot should i begin with hcg and clomid? I also have proviron can i substitute that for the clomid or how should i work it in after deca?

I dont think hcg is needed. Clomid at the proper dose should be fine. Proviron at 50mg ed can be added to increase sex drive and keep estrogen levels in check.

Start your clomid 4 weeks after the last shot. Use it for 3 weeks 100mgs ED (W1)50mgs ED (W2) 50mgs ED (W3). If you whant to use HCG use it 3 weeks after the last shot of deca at 2000 IU every 3 days and after start the Clomid (3/4 days after last shot fo HCG).
I don't think that u need Proviron for estrogen control with Deca use it if u whant a harder look during your Deca cycle (50 mgs ED).
