Why wait for PCT? Start running HCG during your cycle (or at least during the last half if you only have a limited amount). The idea is to have your testes fully operational as soon as LH levels start rising during PCT. Plus I generally feel better overall when I use HCG on cycle.

I´ll wait 4 or 5 days after my last HCG shot to start nolva, I know that hcg and nolva do not have to be administrated at the same time, it will do some kind of antagonism in the hpt axis, thus my .2 cents is to wait at least 4 days then start standard nolva PCT: 40 mg firts week, 20 mg week 2, 20 mg week 3. The correct dosage of HCG that works for me is as follows:
do 500 ui´s eod for 3 weeks... Testes respond too damn well to small amounts of HCG.

"Smaller doses more frequently during a cycle will give best overall results with least unwanted side effects. Somewhere between 500ius and 1000ius per day would be best over about a two week period. These doses are sufficient to avoid/rectify testicular atrophy without increasing estrogen levels too dramatically and risking gyniomastia. This dosing schedule also avoids the risk of permanently down-regulating the LH receptors in the testes"

*btw. You inject this with a slin pin. No pain. If you can't do that every day to preserve you health you might want to rethink AAS use!

Use your HCG is at 1000iu/day for 10 days and yes use the 20mg/day of Nolva. Add AIFM that you can buy at the AF Store or get some Aromasin tabs. If you want to boost your sex drive even further then add Proviron at 50mg/day.

Yes you've probably heard that because that's what the manufacturers recommend. Two large shots or three. But they didn't intend their product to be used on a steroid cycle where estrogen levels are already high. Spiking that much is what can trigger gyno. The suggestion of 1000iu EOD is not bad either but since you're only using Eq and test I don't think you need to stretch it over 20 days.

so what is the correct pct for a eq enan cycle for 15 weeks. Sorry i.m not try to take this thread, but its not often I get the chance to ask alter questions. HCG,nolva and clomid, because thats what I have been told. Is it better to juct use the novla and hcg? Wha about using hcg during a cycle (mid-cycle)?
