i know it's recommended to use Nolva with HCG to avoid the dreaded gyno, but if i'm already using Proviron would that eliminate the need for the Nolva? i plan on finishing PCT with Clomid, anyway.

if i have to use the Nolva how should it be taken? once or twice a day?

depends on how much hcg you shoot per day

Just take 20mg Nolva a day and do not exceed 500iu per day. If you plan on running 1000 or 1500 iu or something, then you may need more. I can only speak from what I have done, which is 500iuED and 20mg nolva.

why would i need the Nolva if i am already using Proviron? won't they both prevent gyno?
