HCG - anaphylaxis?

Anyone personally heard of any problems with hcg as far as allergic reactions or even anaphylactic shock?

Anaphylactic shock is a serious condition that rarerly ever happens to people. People read that phrase in books and throw it around like it's a common side effect.
