hcg: a little help on dosing, how much

ok, i would just do a search but i can't anymore, so i just finished my cycle, here's the link if it's important to the answer

my question is i just finished yesterday and i have 4 10ml 2500iu bottles of hcg, what is the best way to dose, it, it would be my first time using it, and how long is it good after mixing and it has to be refrigerated after right?? thanks
