Well I'm on here enough, might as well start a log right? Im currently on my 3rd week of a 5x5 program. I am currently looking to just gain some weight and get stronger. I am 6' 175 (I was 190 but tore my trapezius muscle and was out for 4-5months)

The last workout was as follows:
Squat

I dont take any supplements due to budget and rely on whole food only.
 
i like that you use real food only... fuck supplements... i have done so much better myself quitting using whey and drinking milk instead... i still use a few things... but have learned not to rely on them...
just make sure youre getting in enough calories...
honestly, your bench looks fairly proportionate to your squat... looking forward to seeing those lifts go up :evil:
