i find that hard to believe, 30mg ed for 3 weeks you should have put on weight and strength.
 
don't waste a penny on havoc as i have been taking 30mg a day for 3 weeks to get over my Plato i lost my appetite my sex drive went out the window and i never put on a pound trust its crap.
 
is your diet in check? what does it look like? 3 times a week is not enough time in the gym. so many diff variables here that could cause you to not respond to any PH or aas. They are not magic pills or shots you still have to have diet/training/sleep in check to get gains and keep them.

all very true!!

i have had quite a few friends who saw great results with Havoc!! then again their diet was indeed in check, and they were in the gym 4-5 days also. All of that does come into play for sure!
 
Its not magic. If u had plateaued maybe its ur diet and training that r failing u. That is y it is best to find a program that works best for u before u run any kind of steroids.

and with your post count it means nothing coming from you

were you taking the orally or annul ?

30 mg for 30 days will get you strong
 
Havoc (epistane compound in general) being one of the more milder oral steroids, I recommend to be dose above 45mg ED for 4-6 weeks to make the most of it, regardless of your body weight..

I myself have 2 bottles of epi strong to use as my hardener at the end of my test-e cycle and will be dosing it 75mg ED for 5 weeks..

But on week 3 at 30mg, you should have at least a few lbs increase and some decent strength increase..
