Thanks for asking, leg day is such a big event.
I tore it up, was supremely happy about it, I got the exact weight squatting second in an easier fashion due to being super warm. It was solid, legs had a new pump to them, entire quad and ham(whole leg) was properly sore and felt that some fibers were definitely stimulated to the highest degree.
Basically, it was excellent. peace
