I just read skip lacour's stats, him being 5 10" 230 in contest shape, that puts him and you at right about the same mark, except he has used all kinds supplements and crap (at a minimum) and you haven't used too much at all. Oh, in that case my mistake...I have posted pics in platnium, or what is now platnium. I'm on my second bulking cycle right now, as soon as I get done with it I will post my pics that will show how I went from an injured 175-178 to what I expect will be roughly 220 or so in a year and 1 month.
