My friend, I am currently as of about 10 minutes ago, 237lbs at a "supposed" 5.7% bodyfat (been dieting , sort of).
Who said I smoke alot of weed? I inhale twice a week, only 2 hits a week, one on friday night at sundown and one in about 45 minutes (sundown on sunday), the herb I have is of the highest grade possible, more than one hit would be a mistake to say the least. So in 1 month time I inhale maybe 8 hits due to a weekend I pic to ingest herb once a month. A person who smokes a cigarette takes an average of 16 pulls to finish, I don't smoke a cigarettes worth of herb in 2 months time.
About my cardio, I run 3 miles under 20 minutes(once a week), box at least 30 rounds a week and run a stadium in my hometown once a week that housed the Superbowl at one time. My cardio is more than fine, its part of being an athlete.
