Did first shot of TT- Deca(1cc)/Sus(1cc). in my quad last night.. shot wasn't painful everything was smooth. Today is horrible I have trouble walking and I cannot walk down stairs... I heard this is fairly normal but it won't happen every week will it? There is no way I could squat today if it was squat day. Feels like a huge deep bruise with a knife in the middle... Hurts like a bitch.. Any advice.. thanks

I feel your pain

Did my first shot of sus 2cc in my quad on monday. Hate to tell you this but if you are anything like me it will get way worse.

I posted this question a few hours ago and some guys thankfully suggested doing it in the Glutes (alot less painful) and 60mg motrin and heating pads - good luck.

Sust in the quad is nearly always going to cause excessive pain!!! I never shot sust in the quads, did it once and never again. Glutes only for sustanon!!! Some people also have reported some pain from Deca also (although not nearly to the level of sustanon), the combo was probably not a great idea, in the quad anyway. I use quads for Fina, eq, test cyp, test enanth, Primo and a few others that are the less irratating AS...

Oh, my freekin god,

I cannot imagine the pain from ttokkyo deca and sust in the same shot in the quad. You better get a freekin wheelchair to get around for the next couple of days and next time shoot it in the glute. :splat: :splat:

Squats

Thanks guys... I will go with the glutes from now on but I only bought one inch pins and I'm concerned about getting them sunk enough... I mean I don't have a fat ass but there is a little layer there...Should I be concerned?

If you try the quads again, a little tip. After you have injected the combined sus/deca shot you should massage around the injection site for 5 mins then bend the leg and walk around for 10 more minutes. This should minimize the pain..the difference is big!

This works for me..

Don't think I'll do it again.. I'm definitely going glutes from now on...because this pain is intense... I'm not bruised or anything but damn it sure feels like it...and it's not really swelling but my thigh is rock hard and hurts soooooooooooooo bad..
