I'll post before and after pics later if anyone is interested in seeing the results
I had it done 5 years ago. It came back on one side because it's impossible for them to remove everything.
Recovery is a breeze, wear the compression vest and prepare to be sore. It'll feel like you did a tough ab and chest workout everyday for like 2-3 weeks

Good luck to you and cant wait to see the pics.
Hi, can I ask what was the cause of the gyno and do you have any personal advice on how to avoid it, I know there is tons of info but first hand advice is what I want, thanks
I was the same. Pubertal gyno amped by other things. Was so glad when I got it done. Makes a world of difference. Due to the swelling and shit I was really discouraged at first and thought he did a shitty job but after a week or 2 it really flattened out and maybe after 3 months the scars are barely visible unless u j ow they are there
Are you getting the glands removed?
when i did it, they made a lil incision around my nipple and then reached in and cut everything out scissor style

I was a dummy and back in the 80's no one talk about gyno and what to do to prevent it
I'm on a light tren/mast/test , should I have something?
Most of it....the doc said he leaves a little so the nipple doesn't sink in...
Do you care more about the nipple sinking in a little or do you care about getting gyno again because you will have some gland left that can grow into larger gyno with drug use?

It's impossible to remove the entire gland. There's no way to remove every little piece through surgery. I went to 3 surgeons and asked.
Also OP, do what they say and wear the vest continuously. And don't be disheartened after the wraps come off. Give it 3-4 weeks until you start evaluating it. My experience at least
Well hell yea I care about both.....I'm hope full I can keep it away now that I'm more knowledgeable about it and I dated a girl that had that sunken in nipple stuff......nope don't want it!

What? How does a girl get that? Good luck bro keep us updated![]()
