i just dont know how the flex my back i guess.... i deadlift 550lbs max... row 140lbs like its nothing. all my boys say my back is my best feature....i guess i gotta learn how to flex it
 
Your lat width looks great from the front but doesn't look like as great a span on the back shots - do you have a long torso?

well i guess i could get the same results from 350mg of tren ace and 500mgs of sust and 50mgs of winny ed.

but i ran that combo because thats whut i had on hand....we will see how this masteron works with the tren/prop combo

aight brotha! ive got finals this week in school. when my girl comes back up to school, and can oil me up and deal with me bitching at her to take a bunch of pics, ill get leg shots for ya!

just to let you know i did play hockey for 10 years, junior B hockey for 3 years...and anyone who knows hockey players knows that their legs cant be too little! ahah

Wasn't criticizing the cycle at all bro, just wondering why you were taking gear if you couldnt lift hard?? have an injury and just not want to drop?

i had to cut back on going heavy with the legs like no 405lbs squats, cause my knees were killing me. so i would do like 3 sets of ten with 315 then do like 15-20 with 225 then 40 reps with 135...

i guess from all the days of playing hockey my legs got strong but also i could not train them for a month or two and then after a few weeks of hitting them hard they would go back to size.


from here on out, in prep for reallly being shredded this summer im doing strictly high rep sets like 20-25 with 225lbs and walking lunges

everyonce an awhile u just kinda have those crazy shitty months... ya know?

for me not "lifting hard" means like only taking protein shakes once a day, watching my diet, but splurging at times, lifting 3-4 days a week with no training partner most of the time ( which limits me at times)

In the pic it looks like your right shoulder is much bigger than the other. Your nips don't match. Right one seems to be higher up ? Pic looks like it's been altered in some way. Seems ot be clear on your shorts but as the pic(s) gets higher it's blurry ?

This pic your right side looks different. One side shows glimpses of a lat the other side does not.

I am not saying you haven't worked hard. It's obvious you have, for that you should be commended. I am saying those pics don't look right.
 
You look lein and hard, good job and thanks for posting the pics. What is your diet currently and what are your goals more bulk or cutting up?

Did you ever play while ON? I quit back in high school, but now i get thinking how mean the pumps would be skating while ON. Hockey never did anything for my calves my quads were jacked though. too bad i dont play still.

The pics look great, wtf are they talking about? Your right side might be closer to the light but it doesn't look altered in any way. Some people's kids...sheesh.
 
nope i finished my last season playing hockey. ran my first cycle of test prop at 100mgs eod for 6 weeks. and was HOOKED.

from there on out i dedicated myself to attempting to compete in bodybuilding competitions

as i said before, these arent professional pictures, so im sorry if one side is tilted more toward the camera then the other... lol i mean honestly have u even seen someone with one shoulder drastically bigger then the other?(that isnt on synthol)

why would i photoshop a pic so one side looked bigger then the other, or so that one side of my body was my own body and the other side was someone else who was bigger?

i honestly just think its that one side of my body is closer or leaning into the camera more then the other... my ex gf was taking these pics for me... i havent seen her in a while....needless to say i just wanted to get them taken and go on with my biz :chomp:


my diet for these pictures was this:

oatmeal and toast -breakfast
mad chicken and rice-lunch
peanutbutter sandwhich and a few baked lays chips-pre workout meal
mad chicken and rice until i felt like i was gunna puke-post workout meal
weight gainer shake- snack
steak and rice-late night snack

and then from there on out, i ate whatever i wanted to, pizza, ice cream whatever....not in massive unhealthy amounts but i let myself splurge alittle because come feburary its gunn be nothing but oatmeal and steak and rice

I think you can clearly see that he is flexing his right side (completely) which is causing the "apparent" imbalance. Most people don't even know how toproperly flex their weaker side (assuming they have one)

look great brotha...and Im sure if you are dead lifting as much as you are your legs are great too...but I wanna see them...for me its all about them legs!!!!!
 
u have high lat inserts so u will have a hard time filling in ur mid to lower back unless you really focus on those types of movements. ironman mag had a good article this month on this. other than that i think your lookin pretty damn good for not bein 100%.......
 
Looking very solid brutha! Your shoulders look like they overpower your arms a little in the first couple pics but they look very good in the rear double bi! I wish I was that lean right now :( ;) Keep at it man and good luck with the cycle!

^^agree, your shoulders look to be somewhat overwhelming the rest of your upper body. Nonetheless, you are obviously doing a lot of things right. Great job, hang in there bro, keep it up.
