which to you perfer. i just got done reading the stickey and it seems to me that albuterol blows clen out of the water, but if you have a personal exp. iwanna hear it. post up bros. the good bad, the should done this insteads
I've done both and both are good at cutting fat but the salubutomol(albuterol) is a little less jittery I would recomend either with an ECA in between you will cut weight like crazy but don't expect to bulk at all while doing this.
I've used albuterol my entire life for asthma. It is not a steroid nor does it serve any function in the bodybuilding regimen. It's just a trend jumped on by people who want to sell sports supplements in a competitive market.
If you think the sticky is new or breaking research, check the references and cross-reference them with those given in the Wikipedia article for albuterol. They're the same damn thing. That's a red flag for me right there.
Asthma inhalors have been around a long time. Funny how no one ever realized how "uber" they were until supplement companies decided to start selling them.
you are absolutely correct albuterol is what is in a proventil inhaler but apparently you are missing quite a bit of information regarding its other uses.
When taking in non inhalation doses and at slightly larger levels than inhalations it has excellent metabolic increases. It is very similar to clen but seems to work fasting acting. I would never recomend anyone take start taking puffs from an inhaler that is not prescribed it cause it can cause hyperventilation but in liquid or pill form it again increases your metabolc rate.
Im a newbie here but use albuterol often for fat burning. The dose of albuterol in inhalers is far to low to have any effect on fat and is all absorbed in the lungs and not in beta receptors in fat cells where it actually counts. You could inhale 100 pumps and it wont do sh1t for fat burning. Albuterol pills are the only effective way to do it and I find it only effective at 12-16mg/day. But it does work. I have only used clen once for a short period because of insomnia. It worked but prefer albuterol. It works for me for sure. Always with ketotofen to upregulate receptors (spelling :-/) as well. My 2c.
