tell me about it, I'm about to die from it, all kinds of nasty shit are coming out of my sinuses, mouth and eyes... nasty, I'm telling you
I'm on antibiotics since yesterday, funny thing is that anybody coming down with this symptoms is now being tested for Chickenbreast flu, since they found some stiff fucks and swans around here

I had it for the first time in Nov. Thank god my sister was in town for Thanksgiving. My body was in so much pain. I couldn't open my eyes because my head was pounding. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, worked to alleviate the symptoms (at least with me).
I just rode it out. It took a week. If I had enough time, I would have stayed home a few more days.

I have a low immune system so generally I am sick all winter long.Since I had my son my immune system has been a bit better.I wasnt nearly as sick this year.But I can say i know how you feel

Last time I had the flu was after X-mas 2004, but since then I got sick a few times from eating bad food etc.

I don't really get sick very often. i think i'll try the chanting thing now.

No flu here(knock on wood)
however I was in the ER last night with my cousin for 4 hours,and was nver seen by a Doctor. There is some wicked stomach virus going around. The waiting room had about 150 people and thats not counting all the ones in the beds in the hallways!! I called every hospital within 30 miles and there rooms were the same way. I do know it lasts 36-48 hours!

Hope you get well soon Stilleto! Try TheraFlu, pretty good stuff, it knocks me out in 30 minutes or less.
That stomach bug has been going around for weeks, here. It's bad, somehow everyone in the house but myself and my youngest daughter got it. Sick for days, it's a vicious cycle when you have a kid in school, seems like he's always getting sick & bringing something home wether it's the stomach bug or a nasty cough.
Try TheraFlu, pretty good stuff, it knocks me out in 30 minutes or less. That stomach bug has been going around for weeks, here. Still have a little congestion. Had it for a week and a half. Missed 3 days of school so I hope I don't fail the class. Normally, I'll get a cold every few years or so that will last a day or two. I was completely useless for that week and a half.
