i've got a good family. i don't want to ruin it by spending the rest of my life in jail. i think that's the only sane thing holding me back.

long story, i'll make it short.

someone practically ruined someone else's life. i happen to be very close to that person. taken advantage of completely.

my head is on as straight as it'll get. i'm just ready to snap. i've had lots of shit happen in the past where i thought i was gonna snap, but this is just too much. unfortunately, i'm the only one that can try to right the wrongs. it's just frustrating and i'm way too stressed.

still getting fucked. partially my fault for leaving an opening for it to happen. that should be taken care of as of tomorrow morning though, just found out a few hours ago.

i still say if i did go over the edge, i'd only get 5-7 years on manslaughter charges after i paraded people to the witness stand to tell the jury how vile this person is. when she dies, i'll be at her funeral laughing. no joke. prolly be in the back singing "ding dong the bitch is dead." too bad she'll probably live another 30-40 years. i'd love to do it tomorrow if given the chance.

My ex was a criminal justice major and I read some of her books on serial killers. I bargain to wager that 8 out of 10 people who are against the death penalty would change their mind if they knew the things these monsters have done. i actually do come across as a pretty nice guy. people are shocked when they see all the ink i've got on my body. then they see that in that ink, there are 16 skulls. it's a shock to a lot of people actually. i try to keep myself tame in public though. the people that really know me know how fucked up in the head i really am. not nearly as bad as some, but i ain't quite right all the time.

1)i'm disappointed that no one on this thread has given you tips on how to kill this person without getting caught, or in such a way as to maximize your chances of getting off. off the top of my head, i think you should have a two-pronged approach. first, plan out the murder carefully (obviously) and with the highest possible degree of invisibility/anonymity. second, fake a life-changing event in your life immediately, and start acting crazy over a period of several weeks/months. when you carry out the murder (once again, with all due caution), do so in a manner which is consistent with your recent, abnormal behaviour. this way, if you should get caught, there's a greater chance of being found not guilty by reason of insanity.

2)this person has another 30-40 years left to live? either s/he's not very healthy, or is just about middle-aged. as we all know, the middle-aged are an incredible burden on society and deserve to be terminated with prejudice. in fact, it should be legalized and rewarded. so don't feel too bad about it.
