yea, when i put up 260 last testing on bench, pprety good for me seems how i only weigh a buck 60, 6' and am 18. I try and think of somthing that pisses me off so bad i just wanna punch somthing or rage, or else start thinking about a girl in the room who may be watching and how bad I want it, and get my self all nervous, it gives me the energy to work through every workout. unfortunantly, that girl is gonna be gone for the rest of the week, and also she dumped me after 30hrs, haha so no I will have to use the hate from her to power my workouts
