have comp in jan, been doing 1 to 2 party parts a day for anout 1 year, have increased in strneth and have cut down bf quite a bit. i want to get more shrded, and stop the size. i am 6 ft 217 9% bf, 36 yrs old. my diet is on point and i do plenty of cardio. i am going to be cutting a few more calories and carb cycling 3 days less then 75 carbs then carb load foruth day. i would like to get down to 6 bf by comp time. i really do not need more size at this point. i was thinking of circuit trianing light weight high reps and hitting cardio twice a day. thoights? and yes i use aas

yeah 45 minutes on empty stomach, then another 20to 25 min after weight training. i am thinking if i get down to 5 or 6 % bf i will look pretty cut but still think i can adjust weight program to help

Higher rep training works for some but others swear by lifting heavy up to competition day. Have you used higher reps in the past with good results? I would entertain the idea of using a combination of heavy weight, low reps with light weight, high reps. You could do this by warming up with light weight high reps, lift heavy at the beginning of every workout and end with a burn out of lighter weight, high reps. 1 - 2 weeks out go lighter weights all week to get that "pump" competitors wants. The higher reps cause the muscles to respond quickly. If you are uncertain of what to do - stick with what you are doing now - don't change a thing.

Control your muscle growth and bf reduction through diet. If your macros are planned for retention rather than growth you'll be much better off then just lowering calories and changing your weight routine. At this point you should be 8 - 9 hours cardio a week. The two sessions are perfect!

Supplement don't hurt either ;-)
Good luck...

Very good idea....I do a version of that now...............one heavy exercise, two medium and 1 high rep exercise during my WOs for the bigger BP and one heavy, one medium and one high rep for the smaller groups. This has really been paying off.
