Has my package been seized?

Okay, the tracking said that my package was suppose to arrive today, was ordered on the 9 or 20 of July...and it didn't arrive, does that mean that it's been seized? And do you have to sign for the package if it's Domestic? How would you know if your package has been seized? in my situation the person I bought it from says it's in a small box and says that " If they opened it all the way, they would obviously see it" , and do they open your packages? I have 20 bottles on gears in it.....

I've never had to sign for any of my shipments, but then again I usually only order 5-10 vials at a time and that fits in my mailbox.

Idk man I'm just worried, because 5 compounds of 4 each is a lot of stuff, and do they look or open your packages? I ordered with Domestic

If you orders domestic they don't seize they would have to have suspicion to open..you could tell if it was opened bro...maybe it comes today...only thing could cause prob if vial leaked or broke
