How's the wife liking the PA? Also, I agree with rnch, get the nipples done. Mine are still very sensitive, even after having been pierced for several years now.

I'm debating the nipples for sure. My nipples are really small though, so I'm worried about migration and rejection. I know they should be able to pierce them at 14ga for me, but I doubt I'll ever be able to stretch to 10 or 8ga.
rnch - can't return K, so I'll tell ya here. There's still a tad bit of soreness, but it goes away fast. It looks like a 3/4" CBB is too small, as it appears I'm stretching a little bit because of the diameter. I'm going to leave it as is for another month and a half, then do my stretch to 6ga and I'll put a 7/8" CBB at that time. I'm not looking forward to the 6ga stretch, that is going to make the 8ga stretch look like a walk in the park.
6ga tounge stretch coming up when I do my PA as well. Should be "fun." I think I'm going to teflon tape that up to 6ga. Pretty simple, just add another layer of teflon tape every day or every other day depending on how well the hole is handling the extra width. Slow and painless. I think I can get it stretched to 6ga in 2-3 weeks like that, faster if I push it harder.
Check out painfulpleasures.com and look at some of the PA stuff they have. I want to eventually get the CBB with CBR on the end. That would give some awesome stimulation on her end, but it's about $80 so I'm holding off a while until I have a good idea of when my stretches are going to end. As of now I'm planning on stopping at 6ga.

My piercer goes "Well we're all out of 14 right now and your a big guy so we are going with 12ga" I wish I could have kept mine but my overalls kept tearing them and I'd have blood all over my shirts and it hurt like hell. Mine never migrated and I didn't have any trouble with migration. Just kept catching them on stuff. The piercer also said I migh have troubles from not having much loose skin in my chest from lifting.
As far as the tongue stretch if you've had the 8ga in for a while then the 6ga shouldn't be too much trouble. I'm at 8ga right now and can't decide if I want to go up or not. I've had the 8 in for a couple of years now and there's lots of room around it so it wouldn't be too difficult to swap up.

The tounge 6ga stretch will depend on how easily it goes at first. If I can work the taper 2/3 of the way through right away, I'll do the stretch on the spot. If I can't get it halfway in, then I'll teflon tape it.
