Has it lost its effect? or is it FAKE!

Hi, I have just been running a cycle of Clen in oral spray form. It is my 7th day and I'm not feeling any of the side effects.
My first 5 days I was shaky, headaches and restless. I am up too a 90mcg dosage.
Is this common to lose the side effects? Or does this mean my oral spray is a fake? Or am I not holding it under my tougne long enough?
Help is welcome!
