Has AS affected your rec games? How?

Just wondering how it has changed your performances in your favorite sports. I can honestly say it has greatly enhanced my softball hitting prowess, to the point where I am not even thinking of hanging it up at age 50, playing at a very competitive level. I'm hitting BOMBS! However, my golf game just SUCKS. I can hit it 30-50 yds farther, but I have lost all finesse and touch. Basketball, same thing, no touch, but I can grab the rim and hang on it at 6-1,235. All in all, it has renewed my love for my sports and for that, I'm thankful.

I play tennis and soccer. Soccer my kicking and blocking ability have gone up, but my endurance seems to have gone down just a little bit, maybe from the added weight or bulk? Tennis, about the same, my serve and overall ball speed and power have gone way up, but my quickness on the court have suffered. Accuracy and gameplay are still the same, if not better, but quickness is down. I'm not that big either, 6' 210. 11% BF. Mid cycle now, Test E.

I have found that tren,my favorite, really makes running the bases seem like a marathon. So you have to hit it 350 feet so you can trot. I also found that winny has made me much quicker on my feet, to the point where people notice. Anybody else realize these changes in your games? Is it harder to pull the dart out of the dartboard? Are you breaking your croquet mallets? Are you wearing out the tiddlies on your tiddly winks?

Since I've been at about the same weight for a few months, I've had success with my golf game. Overall, it's been a pain to play golf after I got over a certain weight point.

I played 4 years of college baseball, all conference twice yadda yadda yadda. My playing weight my senior year was 140#'s (LOL) Number of homeruns hit in 4 years of highschool, and 4 years of college = ZERO...yep, a big fat nodda!

Started playing with my old team again (almost all ex-pros) 2 years ago. I am 34 now, and 170#. I now hit in the 4 hole, and average a bomb every 10 at bats.....and love it!! I wish I had found AAS in college, might still be playing.

Isn't softball just another excuse for sports minded alcoholics to get wasted on a weeknight?
Yup. burp. It always seemed the guys with the biggest beer bellies hit it the farthest. I'm personally busting that myth. Most of the beer bellies I started with are on the couch. I'm still running around like an old bald-headed Ty fucking Cobb! I love it.

I was a bouncer at a sports bar for yrs. Every Weds night the softball team we sponsored would come in before and after the game to get lit. The star hitters were all built like the babe-drank like him too. lol

Shit you aint kidding. I am about 40lbs heavier then I was in HS and played a little JC basketball but have been out of HS for about 6 years now. If I would have done this in HS and college I would still be playing organized ball somewhere. Maybe overseas but I would be getting paid for it.
I mean look at Labron James!!! No one comes out of HS looking like that.

I can dunk and I'm 5'8" (I can't palm the ball so I get an alley-oop). I couldnt do that before my cycle. But I often get wicked calf craps when on cycle.

My bowling is better, I can just shot put into the pins. My fishing is outstanding also, the fish come out of the water when I set the hook

Damn! That is getting up at 5-8. You couldn't dunk before AS? I used to be able to come real close, but quit trying when my little brother dunked on my head in a game. I was so pissed I slapped him, and he whipped the ball at me. I could have caught it but stepped aside and let it break a window! HA! Anyway, I would love to develop my body so I was able to dunk in a rec league game. (At 50 years old) Did you work the shit out of your legs/butt?

I could grab the rim while standing directly underneath it and could double hand grab it on a running start before AS so I always had hops. My squat went up about 50lbs and my calf raises went up alot, I don't know the weight on the calf raises but I know it went up quite a bit. I think it made me explosive.

Right now I've been off for 5 months and I can't dunk anymore but I can get very close (it's a very ugly dunk so I don't really count it). So I did keep some of my jumping gains post cycle.

i played tennis competitively a long time ago. i wish i had known about deca then, they never tested. two years ago i was still in college and on deca my serve was a good 10mph faster and i had infinite stamina in my shoulder, also i could break my wrist like never before because of the lubed joints. this made the spin on my shots ridic. now i know why every pro tennis player that is positive for aas uses deca

Wow, tennis and deca really seem to be the perfect combo.

that's pretty interesting. I've played competitive sports all my life. Hoops more than all others. I'm a 6'4 2 guard most times and my j has always been tight. My standard weight was around 225. After a couple cycles I'm close to 245-250.

I can say this, my accuracy is off. I don't know if it's the different shape of my body or the added muscle and weight but I don't feel that touch right now :( and it pisses me off. I can fuck someone up in the post though.

I do alot of upper body work and my chest and lats are alot bigger, so I gotta assume that's part of it.

Also the quickness issue is there too. I've lost about a halfa step. I'm about ready to diet down and see what's what.

i seem to be slowing a bit off my first step in basketball. Played at Texas Tech for 3 years till ACL tore. @6'5" 230 i can dunk just standing and jumping but, my grip, and power on post ups is EXPLOSIVE NOW, my jumpshot however.........I cant find my groove, timing and weight and strength are changing to fast to guage it well. But, we will see what happens after PCT and all is at a constant level.
