When I talked to him, maybe 2 years ago, we had great conversation at first... then nothing for awhile, wouldn't even answer e-mails, and it took longer to get his letter than he originally said it would... however, I did get it and all was cool. This may be the case here. If you've not waited a month yet, don't sweat it.

Hmm... didn't read all of that, but it doesn't look good. I talked to him once, didn't like his service and went elsewhere. That was a while ago though (as I indicated in the above post). Hope everything works out OK for everybody.
