Has anyone experienced this before?

Hi guys, this is my first post. I have been reading this forum for awhile now ( very informative) and finally decided to write my first post.

Little bit about me:

26 y/o
213 weight
12% b/f
been training since I was 17
- consistent for the past 5 years
- diet has always been on point ( will post if needed)
- 4th cycle

Current cycle:
test e 400mg EW
tren e 400mg EW
Equi 400mg EW

My concerns is as follows; I am at my 3rd week of the cycle and something really strange seemed to happen ( might be just me over thinking). I know that enanthate esters take apprx 3-4 weeks to build up. I did frontload 1000mg each first week. the second week seemed like I was feeling better, stronger, could tell slightly that it was going to be great cycle. As soon as I hit the 3rd week, it seems as though I have lost some weight and my strength is staying pretty much the same. In addition, when I take a look in the mirror it seems I look smaller then from the week before.
( i know it could be the tren, but its not like i lost any body fat yet)

Am i just over thinking this too much and I should give it the time it needs? Or do I have some vials of under dosed gear? This is my first time on tren.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
I think you could possibly be over thinking it. Remember with the tren you will lose some bf so you may have those days of looking leaner. Remember also that you are always your own worst critic! I don't think you have given yourself enough time to really see any physical changes at all. Relax, stay at it and they will come...
 
Thank for the replays, guys. I just have not experienced this in a cycle. Usually it goes up every week, I never had it plateau so quickly. I will definitely try to be patient.
 
Hey Radar, might of missed it at the top, but it is my 4th cycle.

Ahhh! I missed it, i would say give it abit more time, and keep those calories Clean and up, you need at least 2 grams of protein for every pound of bodyweight!
 
If you up the cals
Train like a beast
And be patient
Im sure in a few weeks you will see good solid gains, i dont see much gains on test e until week 5, stick at it bro

Plus the tren E is a long ester as well as EQ so hit it hard until you have trouble Walking from leg work or driving from upper body work ,that way you know you gave it 200%.
 
Really appreciate all your input fellas. I know the ester determines peak blood levels, but in your experience do you guys notice the effects of tren e same time as test e, or one before the other?

Nahhh! They're about the same, may notice a little sweat or insomina thats about it!

you are overthinking things way too damn much . just run your cycle and bust your ass.. eat good.. and good things will happen. stop worrying what the scale says week to week. means nothing.

I second this. Give it time and take a pic today then again at the end to really gauge how well you did.

Yeah, I figured I was. Only reason I had to ask was because I have never experienced this in my past cycles. My diet and weight training has always been the same. Maybe its the addition of the Tren, that changes things so drastically. Thanks for your input.
 
I will definitely update you fellas with my progress and let you know how things turn out. I will take your advice and take a pic.
 
^^^^ your first few cycles you were filling in the gaps of your potential gains.. thats no longer the case . top line gains are not gonna come like they did before. need to realize this and focus on gaining a couple pounds of net muscle mass on your cycles..
 
Has anyone used Cayenne Pepper to treat high blood pressure, especially on Tren? It works wonders for me. Really good for your cardiovascular system actually. I know a nurse that actually recommends drinking cayenne tea ( Cayenne pepper and warm water) 3 times a day to strengthen the heart.

Any opinions?

Never heard of this. Does it actually lower blood pressure?

Funny thing is it actually lowers it immediately and does not need to be taken for long periods of time ( although this is very healthy)to lower. I have african birdseye cayenne pepper, which is 160,000 heating units. It brought my blood pressure down to 132/72 from 148/90. Its a natural blood thinner, so I can see how it would help with blood pressure. Interested to see if anyone else on this forum uses it?

So do you take a daily dose of it? How much do you eat?

^^^ I drink two glasses of it a day. One in the morning and one in the evening after my workout. Take a teaspoon and mix it with warm water. At first it will be a little rough on the taste, but your body will get used to it.

I tried it and it was like drinking fire. But I will say that I noticed a difference within 20 mins. Just hard to do. Im going to look into the pills. Are they as effective?
